Takeshi Nishida is interested in user interfaces (UI) in general, especially in those for computer-mediated communication (CMC) and Computer-Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW).

He received Ph.D from the department of information science and technology, the University of Tokyo in March 2009.
He is currently working at Saitama University.
