Step 4: Miscellaneous

  • Select "file→open" to load characters from the "data" folder (*.obj).
    (The system does not support general *.obj files.)

  • Select "file→importASG" to load characters generated using SmoothTeddy (*.asg).

  • Select "keys→load / save" to load or save keyframe sets (*.key).
    Each set of keyframes is associated with a specific character; you cannot apply keyframes created using one character to another character.

  • Drag "shadows" to move the handle and keys parallel to the ground.

  • Click on a part of the character with the right-mouse-button to show a ring for rotating the part parallel to the screen.

  • Click on the tip of each toe with the ALT-key down to add an anchor to fix the toe on the ground while walking (e.g. "teddy_run.key").
